Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors of Vaka Tautua to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
The role will involve:
calendar management;
administrative tasks e.g. assisting with special projects, producing documents and presentations, preparing correspondence and organising logistics for meetings and events;
being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders' engagement with the CEO;
providing support to Board of Directors and wider management team; and
coordinating auditing and reporting requirements.
The successful applicant will have:
knowledge and understanding of Pacific peoples and cultures;
experience as an executive assistant;
strong communications and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task;
strong computing skills; and
satisfied all necessary requirements for working with vulnerable children and adults including police vetting requirements.
