Pacific Mental Health Navigation Services
Our Pacific mental health navigation services is about helping our Pacific peoples who experiencing low to moderate mental illness and their families to access the health and social services they need to get well, be well and stay well. Also to build connections with family, friends and their wider community.
How to access this service
Access to this service is by referral from Capital & Coast DHB’s mental health clinical teams and community mental health teams (NASC services).
Eligibility criteria
To be referred to this service, a person must:
Be 18 years of age or older;
Live within the Capital & Coast DHB area; and
Have an unmet on-going support need related to a mental health concern and be eligible for publicly funded health services in Aotearoa New Zealand.
