Vaka Tautua is proud to partner with Emerge Aotearoa to deliver The Generator initiative.

The Generator provides a pathway, support and seed-funding (grants) to help Kiwis with a Community Services Card who have enterprising ideas to increase income or reduce costs for themselves, their whānau or their community.

How to access this programme

• Anyone who holds a current Community Services Card, and has an enterprising idea, can apply to be part of the Generator. Due to demand you may be placed on a waiting list.

The Generator is a Ministry of Social Development Financial Capability (Innovation) project. It is a collaboration between Vaka Tautua and Emerge Aotearoa.
