Anna Pasikale

Anna Pasikale is Regional Manager Wellington, responsible for overseeing our services and operations in the greater Wellington region.

Appointed in June 2021, Anna has more than 35 years’ experience and expertise in education, community development, management and evaluation. Prior to joining Vaka Tautua, she was Unit Manager Human Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), and had been with MFAT for 17 years. Previous roles include Senior Advisor – Pacific at the Tertiary Education Commission and Manager at Housing NZ.

Originally trained as a secondary school teacher at the University of the South Pacific (Fiji), Anna holds a Master of Development Studies from Victoria University Wellington. She is a member of Pacific Education Leaders, and a champion for “Rethinking Pacific Education.”
