Peer Support Services

North and West Auckland

Connecting people with mild to moderate mental illness with a peer support worker who has experienced mental illness and recovered, to support their wellness journey.

The service involves individual and group support, brief interventions, and information on how to access community resources and services.

Who can access

People are referred to the service by our partner, Isa Lei Pacific Island Community Mental Health Services, part of Te Whatu Ora Waitematā's Takanga A Fohe Pacific Mental Health & Addiction Services.

We also accept self-referrals or referrals from external providers.
